The group focuses on generating scientific evidence in health service organization, strategy, and management, promoting innovation and digital transformation research, and fostering patient-centered outcomes research.
  1. Investigating the impact of the new knowledge-based clinical management model and care intensity
  2. Identifying potential predictable indicators for the management of tertiary hospitals
  3. Progressing the publication on process management methodology development and its impact
  4. Advancing patient participation and experience research, including the publication of shared decision-making model methodology and defining the ICE model of citizen participation of Vall d’Hebron, recipient of the POP awards. The group is also working on publishing this methodology
  5. Addressing patient safety through the FIS scholarship from ISC-III. Tasks include: a) Scoping review of incident reporting tools in data extraction phase b) Design Thinking: first co-design session scheduled for April 11
